My reading experience for Anxious People, admittedly, has been a very personal one. This reading diary might not make sense to other people – but for me, reading this has been a very transformative and emotional affair.
I finally finished The Way of Kings and it was glorious. I was supposed to create a reading diary series focused on each part but I breezed through the whole thing when I got to Part 3. So to somehow cure the hangover, I listed all of my top/favorite moments while reading book.
If you’ve been following me on Goodreads or maybe just good ol’ Twitter, you know that I currently had myself committed to starting The Stormlight Archive series by Brandon Sanderson. This is the first of a series of Reading Diaries dedicated to the book series, featuring the first book: The Way of Kings.
This is a collection of my notes, important highlights and little entries I had in my journal while reading Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone’s breathtaking epistolary novella, This is How You Lose the Time War.
These musings are way personal than I was expecting. This is how I usually write in my journal – things that are mostly disjointed it’s hard to fashion them into a decent and coherent review. I was honestly debating whether I should post this or not here but I figured, for the sake of documenting it, I can give it a shot.
