4/5 ☕ | When you’re used to reading fast-paced books with big characters and bigger endings, reading a quiet book like this would feel like a shock to the system. For me, reading Strange Weather in Tokyo has been a welcome change – a sudden stop: to breathe and slow down.

Review: What To Do When I’m Gone by Suzy Hopkins and Hallie Bateman

4/5 ☕ | It has taken me years to read this book without choking up. Review: Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia

5/5 ☕ | If you are a fan of Gothic stories and decadent horror, this is definitely for you. If you are down for a slow, morbid journey filled with intrigue and dark secrets, you will definitely relish reading this. I am not a fan of either (for personal reasons) but I unexpectedly enjoyed this…
